As a rule of
thumb, the Winter Programme is held at the Old Northamptonians Rugby Pavilion
on the Billing Road in Northampton every second Thursday in the month from
November to March starting at 8pm. Rutland, Grafham, Pitsford and
Ravensthorpe the four main reservoir’s in our region, are the specialty of
each of our guest speakers this winter.
All our speakers are local experts, who will be talking about their tactics
and methods used for success. November 14th David Moore Anglian Water Fisheries Manager will give a
management overview of the year, on all our local reservoirs,
and plans for the future. Bangers
& Mash Supper After supper its your opportuinity to question
David and his bailiffs, or to make some positive suggestions for
improvements, as David is keen to hear your views. December 12th John Wadham
is an enthusiastic Rutland bank angler and he is going to talk on his
bank tactics, and how fishing into the wind can ! be very productive.

February 13th Dave Doherty
of Rutland is an England Team Member, entimologist,
flytyer and fisherman and has promised to talk on his secrets for success at
